Michelle is a Certified Director of Nursing with 30+ years of experience, including 17 as a Director of Nursing. A continuing education provider and expert in long-term care, she is also a certified coach in the B.A.N.K. Methodology.
Michelle is dedicated to guiding Clinical Nurse Leaders and Directors of Nursing through the complexities of their roles.
She is committed to developing future nurse leaders with a proven leadership development blueprint, focusing on staff engagement, retention, and expanding educational opportunities. Michelle is passionate about empowering nurses to reach leadership roles
and elevating care standards for the future.
Eva is a registered nurse, certified yoga therapist, and wellness advocate, founder of Eva Zee Wellness. With a background in critical care nursing, she turned to yoga therapy after experiencing burnout and unhealthy coping mechanisms.
Through this journey, she gained insight into stress’s impact on the mind and body.
Eva now focuses on private and group training, nursing education workshops, and therapeutic practices to help nurses restore balance, renew energy, and nurture self-care. Her mission is to create a ripple effect, transforming both individual lives and the healthcare system.
